“Started flight training at a different school, and switched to Core Aviator after 7 months not making any progress. In less than two months, I was able to get my private pilot license with Cristian. Great instructing, flexible scheduling, and very affordable prices.”

Before you start
Do I need any experience to start flight training?
No. The Discovery Flight is designed for complete beginners — you take the controls on your very first visit, with a certified instructor beside you the whole time.
How long does it take to get a private pilot licence?
Most consistent students are checkride-ready in roughly two to four months. The FAA minimum is 40 flight hours, and with 300+ flyable days a year in Southwest Florida, weather rarely slows you down.
How much does flight training cost at Core Aviator Training?
You pay per session: the Cherokee 140 is $175 an hour wet — fuel and maintenance included — and instruction is $60 an hour, in the air or on the ground. A Discovery Flight is $175. There are no packages to prepay.
Are you Part 61 or Part 141?
Part 61 — the FAA framework built for individualised instruction. It gives maximum flexibility around a busy schedule, and it is what makes the one-on-one, same-instructor model possible.
What aircraft will I train in?
Every lesson flies in N6145W, a Piper Cherokee 140 with a 150-HP Lycoming upgrade, kept immaculate. One airplane means one panel and one set of habits — zero re-learning between lessons.
